Taupe colored crisp cotton fabric is changeable, meaning it has a turquoise blue in the weave so depending on how you look at it, it will have a hint of that color. I love the smocked high-waisted bodice and long pointed collar. The skirt is box pleated to the waist and it has a unique double buckle belt. 1 piece cuffed sleeves , generous armholes and padded shoulders.
