Lovely new Scottish skirt and scarf. Skirt is new without tags, the scarf is new with tags. The skirt shows as a euro size 8, this equates to a size 24 to 26 inch waist because of the adjustable straps. 22 1/2 inches from waist to hem. The front of the skirt has the traditional Scottish pin and fringe down the front. The back is pleated with the adjustable leather buckle straps. The scarf is 21 inches long plus the fringe. Bought in Edinburg. New, in excellent condition
