This is a lovely and versatile dress with just spectacular pleat work done to it. The entire upper shoulders and down each sleeve of the exterior chiffon overlay has fine flat pleats worked into them that become a design element on their own! I love that the cut is full on the outer dress so you can wear it loose and easy or tie at at the waist to create shape. The tie belt is original and is a long rectangle so it could also be worn around the neck or as a head scarf. Each sleeve is full and wide and I love the metallic thread that runs through the fabric to create that shot of color and the design. Inside there is a simple jersey shift dress with some stretch making it effortless to wear despite its fancy feeling exterior! Excellent condition

The inner jersey dress acts as the lining. The exterior dress is semi-transparent. The inner dress slips on and the exterior dress has an offset row of fabric covered buttons down one side of the back.
